A century of craftsmanship.
Built to endure.
Designing, fabricating and restoring architectural stained and leaded glass with the skill, care and perspective that only four generations can bring.
Preserving artistry for the next hundred years.
Washington Art Glass Studio has spent more than a century creating and restoring stained glass for churches, residences, universities, embassies, historic landmarks and nationally recognized institutions.
Founded by Leonard Boertlein in 1924, the studio remains family owned and operated today. Every project carries forward the same commitment: respect the original artistry, understand the structure, and leave behind work worthy of the generations that will see it next.
